Graduate Programme - Insurance
Location: Meadowhall Business Park, Carbrook Hall Rd, Sheffield S9 2EQ
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
About the role
Our 2-year rotational Graduate Programme offers successful candidates the chance to join a dynamic and highly successful private business. You will gain hands-on experience and responsibility from day one across a range of areas within our Insurance Team, including:
- Lead Generation
- Sales
- SME Broking
- Claims
- Project Management and Delivery
We are committed to developing your potential as a future leader. You will be encouraged to drive efficiencies, innovate processes, and collaborate with teams across the business. A director will mentor you, providing advice and guidance throughout the programme. You may also have the opportunity to complete a 6-month international secondment at one of our global offices.
As a brand ambassador of Radius, you will support our talent team with brand awareness by attending local university job fairs and events, and act as a buddy to new graduates each year.
Requirements
- A minimum 2:1 degree in any subject (achieved or expected)
- Passion, ambition, and drive to succeed
- Evidence of some work experience or extracurricular activities (a plus)
- A creative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to innovate
- Strong communication skills and confidence to present ideas to senior leadership
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- An interest in growing within insurance, including completing the CII Certificate of Insurance qualification
