This Graduate Program is structured around two international assignments: Year 1: New Jersey, USA Year 2: Shanghai, China
Ready to fast-track your career and take on real global challenges? Our International Graduate Program is designed to shape the next generation of leaders across our entire value chain — from R&D innovation to manufacturing excellence, supply chain, performance, commercial operations, digital transformation, and corporate support functions.
Over 2 years, you’ll complete two strategic missions — one of them abroad — giving you hands-on responsibility in different teams, countries, and environments. You’ll take part in two annual bootcamps with your global cohort, focused on intensive training, workshops, development of business acumen and coaching.
Graduates also benefit from mentoring, personalized development plans, and direct exposure to executive leadership, including opportunities to present to our Executive Committee.
Support Marketing Execution
Aid in the execution of approved marketing initiatives and brand plans.
Coordinate day-to-day marketing projects and operational activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects and deliverables.
Portfolio & Product Support
Assist in the development and launch preparation of new products in collaboration with regional and global teams.
Support forecasting activities by coordinating information related to marketing initiatives and demand planning.
Content Creation & CRM
Create and coordinate content including email campaigns, website updates, and promotional materials.
Manage customer email communications through CRM activities.
Facilitate marketing, legal, and regulatory review processes for all promotional and communication materials to ensure timely approvals and compliance with company requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of marketing materials.
Manage content timelines, revisions, and approvals across cross-functional teams.
Market & Business Analysis
Collect, organize, and analyze market data and insights to support marketing decisions.
Report, track KPIs, and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Maintain effective communication with internal teams, agencies, and external vendors.
Coordinate cross-functional review processes and support timely completion of project deliverables.
Prepare presentations, sales meeting materials, and marketing updates.
Assist with event preparation, conference support, and other marketing activities as needed.
