Role Overview

Provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, focusing on positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident, and family satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and delegate tasks to LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to develop effective care plans.
• Communicate patient information during and between shifts to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current licensure or awaiting licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
