We are seeking newly graduated nurses to join our team, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care.
Responsibilities
- Performing nursing assessments
- Delegating care tasks to LPNs and Assistants
- Collaborating with the healthcare team
- Communicating patient information effectively across shifts
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Hold or be awaiting licensure by the State Board of Nursing
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred
