Graduate Nurse, GN → Graduate Nurse (Full-Time)

About the role

Provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to enhance patient, resident, and family satisfaction. Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment focused on delivering exceptional service and clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and manage patient care.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to develop and implement care plans.
• Communicate patient information effectively during and between shifts.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved nursing school and currently licensed or awaiting licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
