About the role

We are seeking a licensed nursing professional to provide high-quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and Nursing Assistants
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to develop effective care plans
• Ensure clear communication of patient information across shifts

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing school
• Current licensure or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred
