About the Role
Provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident, and family satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and delegate care tasks to LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to develop effective care plans.
- Communicate patient information accurately during and between shifts.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing program.
- Current licensure or awaiting licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
