Deliver high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and manage patient care.
- Delegate tasks to LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to develop and communicate care plans.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing program.
- Current licensure or awaiting licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
