About the role

Provide efficient nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, focusing on positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and delegate care tasks to LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to develop care plans.
• Communicate patient information during and between shifts.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school.
• Currently licensed or awaiting licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
