About the role

The PMG Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) is a full-time leadership development program for recent graduates interested in the future of advertising. It offers career opportunities in shaping the future of the industry through 'Inspired Creative that Works'.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic briefs into coherent advertising concepts and executions.
  • Support the design process and assist in the development and execution of various creative design projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including writers, developers, and other designers to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand voice and messaging.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop content strategies and advertising campaigns.
  • Build and iterate design concepts through final finish and production.
  • Ensure creative fit based on business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree completed between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027, in graphic design, communication design, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional work and/or internship experience, preferably in advertising or graphic design, with a creative portfolio inclusive of brand work and/or advertising ideas and executions across multiple media channels.
  • Expertise in color theory, brand identity, typography, user behavior, visual storytelling, and conceptual thinking.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, and related design software.
