About the role

The PMG Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) is a full-time leadership development program for recent graduates interested in the future of advertising. It focuses on honing skills in design, storytelling, and innovative content creation, preparing participants to shape the future of the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic briefs into coherent advertising concepts and executions.
  • Develop visual concepts and visuals for various advertising campaigns, including digital ads, social media, brochures, infographics, etc.
  • Present design concepts to team members and management, incorporating feedback to ensure alignment with the brand's vision and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all marketing materials.
  • Stay updated on cultural and design trends.
  • Support the team in ideation and execution of creative campaigns, ideas, and content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree completed between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027, in Art Direction, Communication Design, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional work and/or internship experience.
  • Expertise in conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and typography design.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related design software.
