Graduate Leadership Program - Creative Motion Designer

About the role

The PMG Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) is a full-time leadership development program for recent graduates interested in the future of advertising and driving impact for leading brands.

Responsibilities

• Bring ideas to life through motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Create engaging content for social, digital, video, and emerging media platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, producers, and creatives to build impactful brand experiences.
• Explore new technologies, creative tools, and AI-powered workflows that shape the future of motion design.
• Develop innovative, media-right creative that connects audiences with some of the world's leading brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
• Portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, or visual storytelling projects.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Foundational understanding of animation principles, typography, and design fundamentals.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Passion for creativity, curiosity, and continuous learning in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• All GLP hires will work in person from the Dallas office.
