About the role
The PMG Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) is a full-time, hands-on leadership development program designed for recent graduates of bachelor’s or master’s programs interested in the future of advertising. It focuses on shaping the future of the industry through inspired creative that works, collaborating with strategy, media, data, and technology.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact between creative teams and other disciplines (media, strategy, production)
- Build strong internal relationships and develop foundational client communication and presentation skills
- Translate client and business needs into creative briefs and project requirements
- Participate in team meetings, presentations, and creative reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027, with areas of study including Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
- Internship or academic experience supporting creative teams, marketing efforts, or project coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for creative work and the business of advertising
