About the role

The PMG Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) is a hands-on leadership development program for recent graduates of bachelor’s or master’s programs who are interested in the future of advertising, working on cutting-edge campaigns and driving impact for leading brands.

Responsibilities

  • Bring creative concepts and stories to life through technology-driven production
  • Explore how AI, technology, and automation can amplify and elevate creative output
  • Storyboard and prototype using emerging technologies
  • Contribute to brainstorming, ideation, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Build engaging brand experiences for web, mobile, social, and experiential

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027
  • Areas of study: Creative Technology, Interactive Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related
  • Academic or internship experience in creative coding, front-end development, or interactive design
  • Familiarity with creative technologies such as HTML/CSS/JS, React, or Figma-to-code workflows
  • A creative portfolio with examples of creative/technical work is a major plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

About The PMG Graduate Leadership Program

  • The program will be hosted in PMG’s Dallas, Texas office located at The Link Uptown
  • Dallas provides you with direct access to executive leadership, mentors, networking activities and bonding events with your GLP cohort and ensures a supportive environment for the beginning of your career
  • All GLP hires will work in person from the Dallas office
  • Join us in Dallas — The Program will be hosted in PMG’s Dallas, Texas office located at The Link Uptown
