Graduate Leadership Program - Creative Motion Designer

About the role

The PMG Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) is a hands-on leadership development program for recent graduates of bachelor’s or master’s programs who are interested in the future of advertising, working on cutting-edge campaigns and driving impact for leading brands.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social, digital, video, and emerging media platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, producers, and creatives to build impactful brand experiences.
• Explore new technologies, creative tools, and AI-powered workflows that shape the future of motion design.
• Develop innovative, media-right creative that connects audiences with some of the world's leading brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
• Portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, or visual storytelling projects.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Foundational understanding of animation principles, typography, and design fundamentals.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Passion for creativity, curiosity, and continuous learning in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

About The PMG Graduate Leadership Program

• The program will be hosted in PMG’s Dallas, Texas office located at The Link Uptown.
• Dallas provides you with direct access to executive leadership, mentors, networking activities and bonding events with your GLP cohort and ensures a supportive environment for the beginning of your career.
• All GLP hires will work in person from the Dallas office.
• Make an impact — The training will give you a holistic view of the company and how we provide award-winning service for our clients, while empowering you with the knowledge, leadership skills, and mental dexterity to solve an array of business challenges for leading global brands.
