Graduate Business and Leadership Program Director
About the role
The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites applications for a full-time, tenure track position in our Business and Leadership Pathway beginning August 15th, 2026. The position requires a specialization in Business with experience, success, and interest in graduate business curriculum. The teaching load is 12 credit hours per semester (fall and spring).
Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership in curriculum development, implementation, evaluation, and staffing of the graduate programs.
- Congruently integrate the Catholic and Franciscan Mission of the University.
- Coordinate with related programs.
- Continuing professional development.
- Commitment to collaboration and service within the Pathway, across the University and in the community.
Requirements
- A master’s degree in an area of business is required.
- A terminal degree is preferred for this position.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must be able to advance the Catholic and Franciscan Mission of the University. Rank and salary are dependent upon the appointee’s qualifications and experience.
