About the role

The Program Director - Business Administration oversees the academic programs within the College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Keiser University. They are responsible for ensuring that all courses meet accreditation standards and provide high-quality educational experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement academic programs aligned with industry trends and student needs.
• Evaluate course effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to curriculum.
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance teaching methods and learning outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage program budgets and resources effectively.
• Oversee recruitment and retention efforts for students enrolled in business programs.
• Participate in university-wide committees and initiatives related to business education.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration or equivalent.
• Proven ability to develop and manage academic programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
