About the role
The Program Director - Business Administration oversees the academic programs within the College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Keiser University. They are responsible for ensuring that all courses meet accreditation standards and provide high-quality educational experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement academic programs aligned with industry trends and student needs.
- Evaluate course effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to curriculum.
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance teaching methods and learning outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively.
- Oversee recruitment and retention efforts for students enrolled in business programs.
- Participate in university-wide committees and initiatives related to business education.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited institution.
- At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration or equivalent.
- Proven ability to develop and manage academic programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in higher education administration.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
$60,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
