GPOS Lead
About the role
Oversee activities focused on driving culture changes by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams.
Conduct organizational readiness assessment, evaluate results and present summary of findings prior to recommending change plan to project team and senior leaders.
Understand and advise leadership team on Organizational Development, Change or Behavioral Change Issues that may need to be addressed for a successful roll-out.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Proven track record in leading organizational change initiatives.
- Experience in conducting organizational readiness assessments and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of Organizational Development, Change or Behavioral Change concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
