Primary Responsibilities
- Forge strong connections with C-level executives and key decision-makers to champion the transformative potential of Google Maps Platform.
- Establish yourself as a go-to expert for senior IT and business leaders within key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and securing customer references.
- Lead territory and pipeline development, collaborating closely with Inside Sales Associates and Sales Engineers to generate and close opportunities with large enterprise customers.
- Oversee multiple opportunities through the entire sales process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and acting as the primary customer contact for all Google Maps Platform-related activities.
- Dive deep into complex customer requirements, both from business and technical perspectives, to educate customers on platform's capabilities and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of field sales experience selling enterprise technology solutions, with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions, location-based services or APIs is a plus.
- Familiarity with common programming languages and web development concepts is beneficial.
- Proven ability to lead intricate sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiation.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to forge influential relationships with C-level and Director-level executives.
- Proven ability to assess customer challenges, qualify opportunities, and clearly articulate the value proposition of the Google Maps Platform.
- A driven self-starter capable of thriving in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
