About the role
We're looking for someone motivated, organized, and eager to learn who enjoys working with both people and technology. In this role, you’ll help support customer relationships across onboarding, contracts, renewals, and ongoing communication. You’ll work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams, learn how developers and technical organizations operate, and help ensure customers have a smooth experience working with Namespace.
What You’ll Do
- Drive customer processes forward: coordinate onboarding, follow-ups, renewals, contracts, and ongoing account growth with a strong attention to detail
- Develop a strong understanding of how engineers think and operate, allowing you to collaborate effectively with technical teams without needing to be deeply technical yourself
- Work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to understand their workflows, priorities, and operational challenges, and help ensure a smooth user experience with added value
