What will you do?
- Own the full commercial sales cycle — manage every stage from discovery through demo to close across a pipeline of mid-market and commercial accounts
- Lead discovery and run compelling demos — deeply understand prospect needs, navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, and align Guidde's value to real business outcomes
- Drive and close complex deals — manage longer sales cycles involving legal, security, and procurement, keeping deals moving with structure and accountability
- Nurture accounts toward growth — cultivate relationships with existing users exploring expanded adoption, supporting a land-and-expand motion
- Leverage AI across your workflow — actively use AI tools to research, prepare, and communicate—treating them as a genuine competitive advantage
- Contribute to playbook development — collaborate with the team on process experimentation, sharing what's working and helping refine the sales motion
What will you need to have?
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales — with meaningful closing experience and a track record of owning deals end-to-end, not just top-of-funnel
- Experience selling to mid-market organizations — comfortable navigating deals with companies of 200+ employees, including some at the 1,000+ scale
- Complex deal experience — has handled 30+ day sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, legal reviews, and procurement processes
- Relevant SaaS category background — prior experience selling workflow, documentation, enablement, or an adjacent software product
- AI fluency — actively using AI tools in day-to-day work and able to speak credibly about how it improves their output
- Startup mindset — comfortable operating without a fully built playbook, able to show career progression and a builder's mentality
Bonus points if you have:
- Exposure to a formal sales methodology frameworks
- Experience nurturing or expanding accounts beyond the initial close
- A track record of selling into multiple industries — you appreciate breadth over a narrow niche

The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $220,000 OTE + equity and benefits.
