Responsibilities
- Examine GA4 and Google Analytics setups to assess configuration quality, uncover measurement weaknesses, and improve data reliability.
- Review Google Tag Manager implementations and confirm that tags, triggers, and conversion tracking are working as intended.
- Investigate reporting inconsistencies across analytics platforms, dashboards, internal data sources, booking systems, and conversion channels to identify root causes.
- Compile and interpret historical performance data to support trend analysis, stakeholder questions, and strategic planning.
- Perform early-stage audits of campaigns and digital platforms to surface risks, missed opportunities, and areas for optimization before engagement activities expand.
- Identify deficiencies in tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks, then outline practical steps to resolve them.
- Translate technical findings into concise, business-focused guidance that leaders and client teams can act on quickly.
- Respond to client inquiries related to attribution, site performance, organic visibility, and overall data interpretation.
- Support the use of marketing technology tools tied to attribution, call tracking, user behavior analysis, and conversion measurement while partnering with media, strategy, client service, and external technology teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with GA4, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and reporting dashboard environments.
- Strong ability to audit analytics accounts, evaluate tracking implementations, and detect data collection or measurement issues.
- Experience reconciling data differences across multiple systems and explaining the business impact of those discrepancies.
- Working knowledge of marketing technology platforms, attribution tools, call tracking solutions, customer behavior analytics, or conversion intelligence systems.
- Ability to convert technical analysis into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders and client teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities across multiple accounts or projects.
Qualifications
- Background in agency environments, multi-location businesses, healthcare, dental, franchise, or lead generation settings is helpful.
