What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality consulting services and accounting implementation support to a portfolio of assigned Commercial Yardi clients.
• Advise client stakeholders on Yardi solutions to improve operational efficiency, solve business challenges, and meet strategic goals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of consulting projects—from discovery to post-implementation—ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and continuously improve service delivery.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five plus (5+) years of experience in Real Estate software.
• Must have Yardi and Consulting experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple touchpoints.
• Proven client-centered commitment and focus.
• Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, sound decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and ability to establish cooperative working relationships with all levels of employees and clients.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 desktop applications.
• ERP Implementation.
