GOLF PRO SHOP ATTENDANT - CB - X-BOARD - DAY SHIFT

About the role

Provide a variety of clerical, customer service and support duties in the golf shop(s), with guests, and interactions with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Check-in players as individuals and groups.
• Follow established money handling and transaction procedures established for Golf Shop Associates.
• Maintain integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
• Maximize our retail sales by knowing and recommending our products.
• Engage in light housekeeping as part of maintaining the golf shop.
• Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner.
• Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• The ability to learn new applications, methods of transacting business.
• Outstanding in providing service to our customers and fellow employees.
• Experience and general knowledge of the game of Golf.
• Previous money handling experience.
