Golf Pro Shop/Retail Attendant
About the role
Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and professional service.
Assist customers with golf apparel, equipment, accessories, and merchandise purchases.
Process retail sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Answer phones, book tee times, and assist with golf reservations.
Keep the Pro Shop clean, organized, attractive, and fully stocked.
Provide information about the golf course, tournaments, resort amenities, and local attractions.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking merchandise.
Support daily golf operations while maintaining the highest standards of guest service.
Work collaboratively with the golf operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of golf equipment, apparel, or etiquette is a plus.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Weekend and holiday availability.
Qualifications
- Organized and detail-oriented.

- Eager to learn about the game if not already familiar with golf.
