Golf Pro Shop Attendant

Eagle Landing Golf Club, located in Orange Park, FL, is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Golf Pro Shop Attendant to contribute to a positive experience for members and guests while growing knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you’ll be part of a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation

$14.00 hourly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, implement, and adhere to all company goals, policies, procedures, and controls.
• Check in golfers and maintain a properly functioning tee sheet and pace of play.
• Assist with receiving merchandise, follow purchase order procedures, and rotate shop displays.
• Support the Assistant Golf Professional with player registration for leagues and tournaments.
• Maintain an organized stock room and ensure shop cleanliness.
• Assist with pricing of merchandise and maintaining proper inventory counts and levels.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Head Golf Professional.
• Provide exceptional service and go the extra mile to meet guest expectations.
• Handle cash and manage customer transactions responsibly.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lb to waist height.
• Frequent bending, turning, kneeling, and stooping.
• Exposure to hot and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Repetitive motion required, including computer entry.
• Ability to operate a golf cart safely.
