Essential Job Functions

  • Greet customers and provide information about the golf course and park
  • Process sales transactions, including golf rounds and merchandise sales
  • Restock and display merchandise in the pro shop
  • Manage reservations and tee times using the booking system
  • Answer phones and handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Keep the pro shop clean and organized
  • Aid with tournament operations
  • Maintain inventory levels and communicate reordering needs
  • Support concession and bar operations including setup, restocking, cash handling, and cleanup

Ancillary Job Functions

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel
  • Comply with all City ordinances, policies, and relevant state and federal laws
  • Assist other departments as needed, contributing to the overall success of municipal operations

Work Environment

  • General office conditions and moderate noise levels

Physical Abilities

  • Sitting, Standing and Dexterity: The role requires prolonged periods of sitting and standing, as well as repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movement
  • Manual Coordination: Precise hand-eye coordination is necessary for tasks related to golf operations and equipment handling
  • Lifting: The ability to lift up to 25 pounds is required
