Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities that create measurable efficiencies, unlock growth, and enable smarter business decisions.
• Act as a strategic connector across Sales, IT, and cross-functional teams, translating insights into action and ensuring initiatives deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Lead initiatives that strengthen sales performance by building and improving systems, processes, and tools that empower data-driven decision-making.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and external partners, ensuring continuous improvement in distributor performance, sales intelligence, and operational effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning while ensuring alignment with company objectives and sustainable business practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics, mathematics or data analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility, OR
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of Gallo or partner distributor experience to include business analytics or financial modeling work reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR
• MBA degree plus 4 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics, mathematics or data analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR
• High School Diploma or State Issued Certificate plus 6 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics, mathematics or data analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

Skills

• Skilled in the use of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word and OneNote at an advanced level.
