Go-To-Market and Product Expansion Manager - Payments - Vice President
About the role
We are seeking a strategic, creative, results-driven team member with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, passionate about shaping the future of financial services. As a Market and Product Expansion Manager, you are an integral part of the Concourse Go-To-Market team, supporting the successful release and adoption of products. You align client needs in the market with sales opportunities, focusing on positioning and pricing to scale the product and drive revenue.
Embedded Finance & Solutions (EF&S) is a product pillar within the Payments space, delivering simple, safe, and intelligent embedded payments experiences. EF&S manages a portfolio of products serving as a center of excellence for fraud prevention and embedded solutions, including Concourse—a bi-directional payments platform enabling flexible payables and receivables for companies and their counterparties across industries.
Responsibilities
- Perform market research and voice-of-the-customer assessments to understand market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs, then act as a bridge between market, sales, and product to influence roadmap and pricing recommendations.
- Shape and execute GTM strategies for Concourse, identifying high-potential client segments and driving GTM campaigns end-to-end.
- Build and refine compelling, clear sales trainings and collateral that translates complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand information, enabling sales partners to articulate the value of Concourse to prospects.
- Collaborate with Marketing to shape thought leadership, value propositions, case studies, and events.
- Create and deliver executive-level presentations, using data to frame pipeline progress, challenges, opportunities, and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Marketing, Sales, and/or go-to-market.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate clearly across different types of stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment; adapts quickly, works collaboratively, takes initiative, and manages multiple priorities.
- Proficient in building and presenting compelling PowerPoint trainings (or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding and/or prior experience in Payments.
