GME Program Coordinator, Internal Medicine, Full Time, First Shift

Responsibilities

• Organize, set up, and track attendance at conferences and meetings, including ordering lunches
• Oversee resident duty hours tracking and reporting
• Administer administrative support for program director
• Schedule and coordinate Qgenda resident appointments
• Process resident verification requests
• Manage Pain Management and Geriatrics scheduling
• Offboard residents and assist Program Manager with onboarding residents
• Schedule and coordinate annual resident recruitment
• Sort mail and faxes
• Work on special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years program management experience preferred
• Minimum of one year experience, preferably in a healthcare or academic environment
• Computer, telephone, fax machine utilization skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Med-hub and Qgenda experience preferred
