Responsibilities
With oversight and direction from the Program Director(s), the Program Coordinator is responsible for the operational functions of the accredited GME training programs. The position requires a comprehensive and detailed understanding of the national accreditation policies and hospital policies, as well as a high degree of initiative and independent judgment. Responsibilities include:
- Planning and assisting with maintaining continuing accreditation
- Recruiting of trainees
- Managing projects
- Analyzing and maintaining databases
- Communicating with faculty and trainees regarding a range of issues
- Managing internal and external program relations
Should have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and GME databases.
Requirements
- Three (3) to five (5) years of Graduate Medical Education (GME) and/or Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) experience preferred
- ACGME experience preferred
- TAGME certification encouraged but not required
- Experience with New Innovations, ERAS preferred

Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $25.03 to $28.54 per hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, considering factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
