Responsibilities
- Oversight and direction from the Program Director(s)
- Operational functions of accredited GME training programs
- Athorough understanding of national and hospital policies
- High degree of initiative and independent judgment
- Planning, maintaining continuing accreditation, recruiting trainees, managing projects, analyzing databases, and communicating with faculty and trainees
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and GME databases
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of Graduate Medical Education (GME) experience preferred
- ACGME experience preferred
- TAGME certification encouraged but not required
- Experience with New Innovations, ERAS preferred
