Responsibilities
- Own and drive Payments go-to-market (GTM) strategies and revenue growth
- Define and execute end-to-end sales plays including segmentation and messaging
- Lead the overlay team to enhance collaboration with field AEs and SEs
- Build the GTM processes for new payment orchestration capabilities
- Cook up strategies to align the Volume Play with other value-added services
- Develop campaigns with partner ecosystems and manage complex partner dynamics
- Provide market feedback to influence the Payments product roadmap
Qualifications
- 12+ years in payments or fintech, focusing on sales and GTM leadership
- Proven success in selling Payment Service Provider (PSP) products or payment gateway solutions
- Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem including gateways, processors, and fraud tools
- Experience leading sales teams that support a broader field organization
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on GTM metrics and pipeline forecasting
- Executive presence with C-level stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
