- Ability to troubleshoot agent installation, connectivity, routing, and tunnel issues on Linux
- Understanding of Prisma Access agent behavior and integration
- Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting across multiple Linux distros (Ubuntu, Fedora, RHEL, Rocky, CentOS, Debian, Mint, Arch, NixOS)
- Experience diagnosing: systemd services, certificates & trust stores, DNS issues, NetworkManager, kernel/module dependencies, firewall rules (iptables / nftables)
- Supporting headless and GUI Linux environments
- Experience with FIDO2 authentication
- Experience integrating Entra ID (Azure AD) with Linux endpoints
- Experience with Silverfort for headless Linux authentication
- Strong understanding of certificate-based authentication
- Troubleshooting networking issues
- Strong debugging ability with: TLS & certificate chains, DNS & routing, SSL/GRE/IPSec VPN behaviors on Linux, Tunnel interfaces (gp0, tun0, etc.)
- Experience with GlobalProtect and system logs
