About the role

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Contract Specialist to review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements for technology and services. The role involves ensuring compliance with legal and company standards while managing risk and maintaining stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise contracts, NDAs, and service agreements to align with business needs and legal requirements.
• Negotiate terms with vendors, clients, and internal teams to secure favorable outcomes.
• Ensure contracts adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams to resolve contract-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Experience drafting and negotiating technology and service agreements with a minimum of 3 years in contract management or a related role.
• Proficiency in contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex legal and technical terms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
• Knowledge of contract law principles and compliance frameworks relevant to technology services.
