Global Talent Acquisition Specialist - Manufacturing/Engineering (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment for salaried positions across multiple manufacturing functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and long-term talent goals.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality and efficient recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of top talent for key roles, leveraging internal databases, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice within the manufacturing industry.
  • Stay up to date on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.
  • Participate in campus recruiting programs, industry events, and professional associations to identify potential candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3–7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings, with a focus on salaried employees.
  • Proven experience managing full lifecycle recruiting for engineering, technical, professional, and managerial roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including experience using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring.
  • Preferred: Global experience recruiting for engineering, operations, and technical roles in a manufacturing environment. In Canada and/or Mexico is a plus.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
  • Experience with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Typical pay range: $95k – $120k annually (based on skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Eligible for participation in Quarterly Incentive Pay Program.
