About the role

The Global Talent Acquisition & Development Manager is responsible for leading Indium Corporation’s global talent acquisition strategy to help build the talent capabilities to support our continued growth. This role will primarily focus on global talent acquisition and workforce planning, including leading the Global Recruiting Center of Excellence (COE), strengthening recruiting capabilities across regions, improving sourcing and recruiting processes, and directly supporting critical and hard-to-fill roles.
