Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager
Role Summary
The Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager owns and drives core global TA programs, infrastructure, and governance to ensure a consistent, scalable, and high-quality hiring experience across regions. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition leaders, HRIS, Procurement, Employer Branding, and Inclusion teams to translate global TA strategy into well-executed programs that enable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage global Talent Acquisition programs, frameworks, and governance (e.g., tools, processes, vendors, metrics)
Drive global consistency while enabling regional flexibility in partnership with Regional and Hub TA Leads
Lead cross-functional collaboration with HRIS, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Employer Branding
Define and track global TA performance metrics, insights, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support implementation and adoption of new TA capabilities, technologies, and operating models
Ensure compliance, risk management, and alignment with enterprise standards and inclusion priorities

Profile
Strong program management and stakeholder leadership experience in Talent Acquisition or HR
Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Data-driven mindset with strong communication and change management skills
