Global Senior Vice President of Sales

This role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a global commercial growth strategy with clear priorities and accountability
• Translate customer insights into actionable segment-specific strategies
• Lead global planning and operational rhythms for sales performance
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Service, and Regional leaders on solution adoption
• Anticipate competitive disruption and act swiftly to maintain market position
• Implement and improve sales systems using the company Business System
• Enhance resource allocation with a focus on ROI

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a technical vocation; advanced degree preferred
• Significant experience in leading complex global commercial teams
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution and process discipline
• Proven track record of driving consistent profitable revenue growth
• Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or Life Science industry is a plus
• Collaborative with a history of overcoming structural or interpersonal obstacles
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities for developing effective growth strategies

Pay

$340,000 – $390,000 annually
