About the role

As Global Product Owner for HR Systems, you are responsible for the global steering and continuous optimization of HR processes within the HR system landscape. You act as a central interface between HR, IT, and functional areas, driving standardization, digitalization, system extensions, and transformation projects, and ensuring an efficient and future-oriented HR operation.

• Develop and continuously improve the strategy, architecture, and roadmap of the global HR system landscape aligned with the overarching HR strategy of the company
• Lead and develop a small team, as well as cross-functional process and system experts, and oversee global initiatives from start to finish
• Promote global implementations and rollouts of SAP SuccessFactors to standardize and digitize key HR processes across the organization
• Continuously develop the global HR technology landscape by steering and optimizing the global ServiceNow HR platform to ensure consistent and modern processes and systems
• Establish and manage a comprehensive global HR system governance concept and ensure compliance with data protection standards and regulatory requirements
• Through effective demand and requirement management, advise stakeholders, test business requirements, prioritize, and implement system and process improvements
• In close collaboration with procurement and IT, promote global vendor selection processes and lead negotiations to secure sustainable and scalable solutions
• As a trusted partner for leadership teams, steering committees, and works councils, you support decision-making and address complex cross-functional challenges
• You lead change management and communication initiatives to ensure successful implementation of HR system transitions

Dein Profil

• Essential fluency in written and spoken German and English is required
• An advanced degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification is necessary
• You have more than ten years of experience in steering and developing global HR processes and/or IT functions, as well as leading complex transformation programs
• You possess extensive expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and modern HR technologies and service management platforms, such as ServiceNow HR
• You can provide evidence of successful implementation of international, cross-functional process and project initiatives
• You demonstrate strong leadership qualities and skills in stakeholder and relationship management
• You excel at negotiating on an international level and integrating diverse interests and requirements
• You operate confidently, communicatively, and results-oriented in global and cross-functional teams and bring extensive experience in matrix organizations
