You will be part of the Information Technology team and support core HR technology for US and Canada HR organizations. Your responsibilities include prioritizing features and stories to deliver maximum business value, creating and maintaining a dynamic list of features, stories, enhancements, and issues, and continuously evaluating the product's progress.

Key Ingredients

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant STEM field OR equivalent experience
  • You have at least 5+ years' demonstrated experience with HR Technology such as SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Pro WFM, and Dayforce including their capabilities and limitations
  • You have a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills
  • You have a strong understanding of HR business processes combined with knowledge of HR software
  • You understand software development processes, project methodologies, and basic coding principles
  • You can track and monitor product effectiveness, including analyzing data to drive product decisions and measure success
  • You can work effectively with cross-functional teams by building relationships and collaborating to get desired outcomes
  • You have strong problem-solving skills to address issues, business challenges and find effective solutions
  • You have a high attention to detail while working in a face-paced environment and managing competing priorities
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

  • Target Short Term Incentive: 15%
