Global Product Leader

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategic and scientific value creation for the product
• Lead cross-functional Global Product Team to achieve brand strategy
• Deliver governance-approved business cases on time and within budget
• Simplify complexity and anticipate barriers in strategy implementation
• Engage with key external experts to establish brand vision
• Manage risk and opportunities at all strategic and operational levels
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and protect intellectual property

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required; PhD or MD preferred
• 5+ years of experience in biotech/pharma, including executive interactions
• Expertise in drug development processes and strategy design
• Strong business acumen within relevant therapy areas
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
