Global Procurement Manager, HR/Marketing
About the Role
As a Global Procurement Manager for Human Resources/Marketing Services at Solventum, you will have the opportunity to lead a global team, develop and implement sourcing strategies, and manage supplier relationships. You will play a crucial role in ensuring business continuity, value creation, and successful integration of procurement guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a global team of Strategic Procurement category personnel, ranging from Analysts to Managers.
- Interpret global industry trends, customer requirements, and business objectives to define objectives and deliver results for Human Resource Services and Marketing Services.
- Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for assigned categories to ensure business continuity and value creation.
- Establish and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost and service benefits to the corporation.
- Negotiate and establish effective supplier contract agreements, holding suppliers accountable to competitive prices, high quality, and best-in-class service.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize activities for successful integration of sourcing strategies and procurement guidelines.
- Lead complex projects and initiatives with high value and broad implications for the corporation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and 9 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, or Legal.
- Alternatively, High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 17 years of experience in Strategic Procurement.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with attention to detail.
- Skilled written and oral communication abilities.
- Working knowledge of Human Resource Services and/or Marketing Services supplier markets.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at a senior level.
- Strong business, contract language, and financial acumen.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics and Supply Chain.
Work Location and Travel
- Remote work location.
- May include up to 15% domestic/international travel.
- Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $143,200 - $196,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered may vary based on factors including the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
