Global Procurement Manager, Corporate Services

This role will manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance within a leading healthcare organization. You will partner with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions, driving cost discipline, supplier performance, and scalable execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Supervise a global team overseeing Strategic Procurement categories
• Analyze global trends to define objectives and achieve results
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Corporate Services
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure cost and service efficiency
• Negotiate supplier contracts focusing on competitive pricing and quality
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement sourcing strategies
• Lead complex, high-value projects with broad corporate implications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with 9 years in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related fields, OR High School Diploma with 17 years in Strategic Procurement
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Proven negotiation skills with strong attention to detail
• Effective written and oral communication abilities
• Familiarity with Corporate Services supplier markets
• Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Solid understanding of business and financial acumen

Pay

$143,200 – $196,900 annually
