For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Global Procurement Manager to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Supervise a global procurement team across multiple business levels
- Analyze industry trends to align procurement strategies with business goals
- Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for Human Resources and Marketing Services
- Build and manage productive supplier relationships for optimal cost and service
- Negotiate supplier contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality service
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize sourcing initiatives and procurement guidelines
- Lead high-value, complex projects affecting corporate operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field with 9 years of procurement experience in various sectors
- High School Diploma/GED with at least 17 years of strategic procurement experience
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain can enhance candidacy
- Strong negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential
- Proficiency in written and oral communication, particularly in influencing senior stakeholders

Pay
$143,200 – $196,900 annually
