GLOBAL OPS - Seasonal Security Agent - Great Barrington, MA

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine patrols to ensure safety and visibility.
• Maintain control over access points such as vehicles and pedestrians.
• Identify, assess, and address any suspicious activity or safety concerns promptly.
• Operate and monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
• Respond to incidents with professionalism and authority, enforcing site rules.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident and activity reports.

Requirements

• Prior experience in security, customer service, military, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong situational awareness and observational skills.
• Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
• A professional demeanor with clear communication and respectful interactions.
• Proficiency in report writing and familiarity with basic security technologies.
• A high school diploma or equivalent education.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts available (both day and night).
• Occasional weekend and holiday work required.
