GLOBAL OPS | Seasonal Security Agent – Summer Camp (West Stockbridge, MA)

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine patrols to ensure safety and visibility.
• Maintain control over access points such as vehicles and pedestrians.
• Identify, evaluate, and address suspicious activities or safety concerns promptly.
• Operate and monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
• Respond to incidents and enforce site rules with professionalism and authority.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident and activity reports.

Requirements

• Prior experience in security, customer service, military, or a related field is preferred.
• Show strong situational awareness and observational skills.
• Be able to stay calm and make decisive judgments under pressure.
• Present a professional demeanor and communicate effectively and respectfully.
• Have the ability to write reports and operate basic security technology.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

Schedule

• Work 12-hour shifts, including both day and night shifts.
• Occasional weekend and holiday work required.
