Global Mobility Tax Manager/Senior Manager

Role Overview: The position involves managing client expectations and service delivery for expatriate employees, developing client relationships, creating and reviewing tax policies, and overseeing tax return reviews. The role includes mentoring staff, managing workflow, and resource allocation. Responsibilities: For Senior Managers, additional duties include coordinating special projects and collaborating with partners on expatriate programs and business opportunities. Qualifications: Candidates should have a minimum of five (Senior Manager: seven) years of recent expatriate or individual tax experience, a bachelor’s degree, and relevant professional credentials such as CPA, JD/LLM, or Enrolled Agent. Prior experience at an accounting firm and leadership skills are essential. Skills & Competencies: Strong relationship-building, mentorship, resource management, and technical tax expertise are required to succeed in this role.
