Global Mobility Services Manager

About the role

Manage and deliver global mobility tax services, focusing on expatriate employee client needs.

Responsibilities

• Managing client expectations and service delivery for expatriates
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Creating and reviewing tax equalization and international assignment policies
• Reviewing tax returns and equalizations of expatriate employees
• Mentoring and coaching staff
• Overseeing resource allocation, workflow, and utilization

Qualifications & Skills

• At least five years of recent expatriate or individual tax experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Licensed CPA, JD/LLM, Enrolled Agent, or other approved credentials (with a one-year window for credentialing if not initially held)
• Experience working at an accounting firm
• Strong supervisory and mentorship abilities
