Global Mobility Services Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client expectations and service delivery for expatriate employees
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Create and review tax equalization and international assignment policies
• Oversee tax return reviews and expatriate tax equalizations
• Mentor and coach staff members
• Manage resource allocation, workflow, and utilization

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of expatriate or individual tax experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Licensed CPA, JD/LLM, Enrolled Agent, or other approved credentials (with a one-year grace period if not initially held)
• Previous experience at an accounting firm
• Strong supervisory and mentorship abilities
